Sending users to another location after an email NPS survey

When you first start sending out your email Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey in Copilot.cx, anyone who engages with your survey will be linked to our default thank you page.

If you'd like to send users to another location, simply edit the URLs in the email code to send to any specific landing page. The only rule here is that you need to include the NPS rating "nps_answer=X" in the query section each URL. For example: ?nps_answer=7.

Another approach that a lot of teams work with instead of creating a specific landing page, you may be better off using your NPS responses to trigger automated emails and In-App followup survey campaigns.
