Branding the button color in your Net Promoter Score (NPS) email can help to create a more consistent experience for your users.
In the case of the Net Promoter Score buttons, the Copilot.cx team has built a custom HTML that outperforms most systems in adaptation to various screens and systems regarding button presentability.
Here's how you do it in Copilot.cx:
- Open your NPS email in the Campaigns tab and click Edit Email
- Click on the component with the rating scale to view the HTML
- Copy and paste the HTML into your computer's text editor or notepad
- Search for the hex code you want to replace, the default is the Copilot.cx #00b5ec
- Open the find and replace tool and paste this hex code into the Find field
- Paste the new color into the Replace field, then click the button to replace all
- Copy and paste the HTML back into Copilot.cx, then click Save
