Intro to the Copilot.cx system
Welcome to Copilot.cx!
Let's have a quick run through of our platform so you know where to find everything.
Get an overview in the Copilot.cx Dashboard
When you open Copilot.cx, the first thing you'll see is your overview in the Dashboard. This contains all the important information about your company at a glance, including:
- Active users
- Active devices
- New users
- New devices
You can look at these numbers across any time period and adjust the chart to plot daily, weekly, or monthly data points – making it easy to spot trends over time.
Drill down into your user engagement metrics
Below your company overview, you have four boxes to spotlight your user engagement metrics:
- Onboarding success rate
- Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Ratings – for both retail and app stores
- Sales – including devices, replenishments, and subscriptions
These boxes give you an instant read of your performance compared to the previous period. For example, if you set the time period to Last Month, you'll see your performance for last month compared to the previous month.
You can then click on these boxes to take a deep dive into each topic.
Take a closer look at all your users and devices
In the menu on the left, go to Users & Devices > Operate to get a full breakdown of all your things and users.
This gives you an overview of:
- Your total users
- The total number of users who have conceded to analytics under GDPR
- Your total number of devices
Here, you can also get segmentation data for your:
- Product models
- Product firmware
- User operating systems
See a full usage log for any user or device
In the menu on the left, go to Users & Devices > Support to search all your users and devices.
You can search for a user by name or email. You can also search by device, but you need to use the exact device ID.
This gives you a complete picture of a user or device's history, including:
- First seen
- Last seen
- Total days active
- Operating system
- Associated users or devices
- Events triggered
These insights allow you to see exactly what happened before a problem occurred for your user or device – for example, failing onboarding.
View custom reports that are tailored to you
When tracking user engagement, there are always going to be certain metrics that are specific to your brand and product.
Our team can create daily, weekly, or monthly reports to highlight whatever you need. Here are a few examples:
- Occurrences of features or specific things that happen on your device or in your app
- Specific issues in a product or location
- Any other custom segmentation that can improve the way you engage with your users or do business
