In the Ratings section of Copilot.cx, you can add links to your Amazon, App Store, and Google Play product pages. Our system will pull in all the information within around 20 minutes and keep everything up to date.
Once the data has been imported, you'll see a snapshot of these ratings from your Dashboard, with weighted averages for retail and app stores to give you an overview of what's happening.
Now that you've got the data, let's talk about what you can do with it.
What is a rating trend map?
A rating trend map is a visual representation of your products' ratings over time.
This reveals how your average review scores have changed throughout your chosen time frame.
On top of that, you can also see:
- A distribution of ratings from 1 to 5
- A comparison of your average score with the previous period
- A breakdown of retail or app stores
How to use this data to your advantage
Let's look at two ways this data can help you.
1. Spot negative trends early
If you have a review tally in the thousands, you could get weeks of negative reviews without even noticing a change. This can cause you to totally miss the problem until it's too late.
With Copilot.cx, you can see what's happening on a daily and weekly basis. So if your overall score is 4.6 but your recent trend is 3.6, you'll know it's time to act.
2. Identify what's causing peaks and troughs
Copilot.cx plots your review ratings alongside product releases. This makes it easy to see which releases have led to a sudden spike or, more likely, dip in ratings.
