# Validating your system is ready to run

So your dev team told you we're ready to go, and everything is connected.

Here are the steps to take to validate:

- Go to your [Dashboard](/v1/docs/intro-to-the-copilotcx-system-2) and see the four lines. Do the new and active users/devices match the new sales and usage?
- Create a user with the new app containing the Copilot.cx SDK and give it a full run (Hitting all the expected events from your events list). Do you see the [expected data](/v1/docs/how-to-validate-the-data-is-right-in-copilotcx) for your user?
  - Make sure this version of the app is released to the public.
- Send yourself a [test email](/v1/docs/introduction-to-email-editing-in-copilotcx) and see that it's arrived.
- Test an [In-App Message](/v1/docs/creating-your-first-in-app-message) at least once on each Mobile OS, and validate you see it after [testing properly](/v1/docs/in-app-how-to-validate-proper-configuration-in-your-app).
