# Tool - Strategy Brainstorm

The Strategy Brainstorm is a great tool for collecting ideas in an organized, consistent, and actionable way. Your user engagement lead can [use this Google Sheet ](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jvxJay6pv-1EtXpDqHJkpAaNQyE0vX3r7aoB_GMjbxY/edit#gid=734994110) to run the brainstorm.

Here's how it works:
1. Invite people to your brainstorm – this could be your whole company, your leadership team, or everyone from a specific department
2. Brainstorm your objectives – add as many ideas as you can to the first column
3. Fill in the remaining columns – build out the objective to say who's in charge, what the OKR is, and more
