# Tool – Business Objective Machine

The Business Objective Machine is a Google Sheet with some added magic. It's a place for you and your Copilot.cx Maverick to organize your main [business goals](/v1/docs/why-set-an-objective-key-result).

To get started, [make a copy of this Sheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jvxJay6pv-1EtXpDqHJkpAaNQyE0vX3r7aoB_GMjbxY/edit#gid=2071358431), including all the macros. Then start adding your objectives, goals, and conversion points. You can also use the Options tab at the bottom to edit the master list.

Here's a breakdown of all the columns in this tool and what they mean:

- **Business Objective** – The main [business objective](/v1/docs/why-set-an-objective-key-result) we're focusing on
- **Objective Key Result** – The [OKR](/v1/docs/how-to-pick-the-right-okr-to-follow) that we're measuring
- **OKR Benchmark** – The current status of this OKR
- **OKR Goal** – The target for this OKR
- **Target Date** – The date we're aiming to [achieve this goal](/v1/docs/setting-the-right-goal-for-an-okr)
- **Conversion points** – The metrics that signal the success of this OKR
- **Audience** – The specific segment we're focusing on
