Ramp up is a vital stage that aims takes new customers from technical onboarding to cruising users within this timeframe. It incorporates all the key components of a successful user journey and [customer experience](/v1/docs/why-should-you-improve-your-customer-experience). This can be a dynamic and delicate balancing act.
