There's no way of tagging exactly which users have rated your app or device.
Even when they're tracked through the Copilot.cx platform, the volume of engagement and new reviews makes it difficult to know exactly who left a review.
Instead, you need to focus on the general conversion points and KPIs below. And by starting with a measure of where you are right now, you can plot a realistic OKR to get where you want to be.
