# Preflight checklist

We've put together a handy preflight checklist to help you get your first campaign sequence up and running.

You can find it in the first tab of [this spreadsheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1jvxJay6pv-1EtXpDqHJkpAaNQyE0vX3r7aoB_GMjbxY/edit#gid=216636168) and make a copy for your own use.

Here are all the key steps:

1. Define initial business objectives
2. Get system configuration (Is it GDPR compliant? What address should emails be sent from?)
3. Kickoff with Copilot.cx Mavericks
4. Finalize set of first [OKRs](/v1/docs/why-set-an-objective-key-result) and conversion points to know what data points we need
5. Build initial[ list of events](/v1/docs/tool-events-list-example) for the setup of the server / app side
6. Get a deadline for user data to start arriving in Copilot.cx
7. Get your private system from your Techincal Onboarding Manager
8. Start designing your first set of campaigns, definitely including [NPS](/v1/docs/why-use-segmented-nps) 
9. Get the data on the system and benchmark the current status of the OKRs
10. Finalize the audience for the created sequences and launch your first campaigns
11. Assess the KPI reach of the campaign, optimize, or expand the user journey
